I’m Angie and I am the founder of Rebounding For Health And Fitness workouts and support groups.  I’m so glad you’re here! With over 28 years of teaching experience in rebounding and a background in physical therapy (retired), Pilates, yoga, and functional movement, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people of all ages discover safe, effective, and joyful movement.

Rebounding is more than just fitness — it’s a powerful, low-impact way to support your lymphatic system, build bone strength, improve balance, and boost your overall energy.
