I’m Angie and I am the founder of Rebounding For Health And Fitness workouts and support groups. I’m so glad you’re here! With over 28 years of teaching experience in rebounding and a background in physical therapy (retired), Pilates, yoga, and functional movement, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people of all ages discover safe, effective, and joyful movement.
